Congratulations Chloe – TLP Consultancy
Our gorgeous Chloe gave birth to a beautiful baby boy, Harrison Flemming, on Monday 9th April at 14:38 weighing 7lbs 11oz. Chloe and her husband Tom tell us that they are all doing well and that Harrison has got over his baby jaundice and is now photo fit! Thank you to everyone that donated towards to their gifts of a Baby Photoshoot and Hand / Footprint artwork or casting – we will hopefully see pictures soon!
The Children and Young People being treated for cancer at The Oak Centre, The Royal Marsden Hospital send their thanks for the 147 Easter Eggs, 16 Easter Treats & 1 Toy Bunny RDH delivered to them on Saturday 24th March. Given as gifts to the out patients in the week leading up to Easter and the in-patients on Easter Sunday. A fantastic fundraiser – THANK YOU x
Themes for May
Those with the power of observation will have noticed a few changes to the décor over recent months. For April we had lovely flowery tea cups and tea pots dotted around RDH in relation to National Tea Day on 21st April. Did you know that there are more uses for tea than just drinking it? Allegedly cold tea is said to be good for taking the sting out of sunburn – so your cold teabags may just come in handy with the warmer months approaching.
From mid-May to mid-June, we’ll be celebrating all things Royal Wedding (on 19th May 2018, aka FA Cup Final day for the football fans) as well as National story month so look out for all the exciting décor changes. Plus, if you have any exciting stories to share, please let us know and we can insert them in the next issue.
Some of you may have already met our newcomer on reception, but welcome to Danielle who joined RDH last month. She’ll be working here on Thursdays and Fridays going forward so don’t forget to say hello.
